One-line description

StrikeLeap is the operations platform private security firms run an entire strike engagement on, from mobilization-day onboarding through the final legal export.

Boilerplate

The paragraph you put at the bottom of a piece, or in a press release that mentions us.

StrikeLeap is a per-event SaaS platform for private security firms managing strike protection, picket-line coverage, and high-risk event work. The product spans the full engagement lifecycle: mobilization-day onboarding gates (drug test, state license, uniform issuance, custom gates), hotel-room auto-pairing, Day-1 paperwork signing, real-time crowd updates and incident reporting, push-to-talk voice channel, three-stage shift-log signatures, daily client situation reports, payroll preview with per-diem ledger, hotel folio reconciliation, weekly expense pack, and litigation-ready PDF export with SHA-256 chain-of-custody verification. StrikeLeap is built and operated by Workbird LLC, a Delaware limited liability company.

Executives

Available for on-record interviews and background conversations on private-security software, strike-line operations, and per-event SaaS pricing.

Aaron Madeira
Operations Director, Workbird LLC

Aaron leads operations at Workbird LLC, the company behind StrikeLeap. He signs every customer Service Agreement and oversees deployment, customer onboarding, and on-site support engagements. Over four years in private strike-security, Aaron has worked engagements for AFIMAC, Huffmaster, MADI, and other major industry contractors, in every role on the line, from standing post in the cold with a handheld video camera as an Evidence Coordinator up through Response Supervision. That field experience is the reason StrikeLeap exists. After watching the same paper-log, group-text, and chain-of-custody gaps repeat themselves across firm after firm and engagement after engagement, Aaron set out to close them with the right technology: purpose-built software for the way strike-line security work actually runs.

Available to discuss
  • The technology gap in private strike-security and what's finally closing it
  • Field-level operations: Evidence Coordination, Response Supervision
  • What AFIMAC, Huffmaster, MADI, and the rest of the industry get right (and where they leave money and evidence on the table)
  • Operational deployment of site-protection software during a live event
  • Per-event SaaS pricing model and customer onboarding
  • Why purpose-built tooling beats radios + paper + group texts on every engagement
